I first came to see Shauna a few years ago, I was feeling unsettled, stuck, negative, unhappy and overwhelmed. I knew I had to ‘do’ something but I didn’t know where to start. I went to Shauna originally for Reiki healing I looked forward to the ‘me time and deep relaxation’ I experienced every visit. I felt a positive change even after the first session. As well as the Reiki Healing, Shauna using a combination of Hypnotherapy and Counselling techniques has helped me to work through some of my problems from my childhood and teens. I understand dealing with emotions is scary but Shauna puts you at ease, as you walk through the door, she has the skills and ability to help you quickly get to the core of the problem, and asks questions in a manner that is not ‘in your face’ but in a gentle caring understanding way. All of this is in a safe professional and very friendly environment. I am very proud of the woman I am today and I know had I not found Shauna I would not be in the amazingly good place I am. I would highly recommend this amazing lady.
